DJ Reviews: Kalmo Doom TSEPVL

Hey there guys, it's Dizzy the kid hre & I have recently reviews the hard rock band's Kalmo's new song TSEPVL & its got quite a thrash type sound to it so I'd place it around th thrash metal genre.

The vocals put me in mind of  Dir En Grey almost but with a splash of Sepultura but eitherway the song itself its a real headbanger but the video however might be a bit graphic for most people but I'm sure some of you might be able to handle it.

Video description

The last soul trapped in human flesh, his time depleting. Despair is complete, as complete as the inescapable end itself. The distorted image, reflected in the darkness at the last moment, invites the last of the lasts to step into the void. This is not an ending, but the end.

here's hoping that you like the song & also their music as well & here's a big shout out to them for sending their tunes my way & much luck to them in their music. So until then I'll catch you on The Flipside! Stay awesome & rock n roll!

Kalmo (cadaver in English) is a one-man metal band from Finland. Kalmo’s music is raw and dark doom metal, spiced with a fistful of black metal. Lyrics written in Finnish tell tales and visions about the inevitable end of this all. Kalmo feasts on influences from old school metal bands like Celtic Frost, Slayer, Death Breath, Black Sabbath, and Master.

The debut EP, Demoni, was unleashed on May 10th, 2019. The album Gehinnom was spewed forth via Sliptrick Records on 13th of April, 2021. EP is available at Kalmo’s Bandcamp and the album is available at deadpulse.com in both digital and CD formats.

At the moment Kalmo is working on new material. Based on the first demos of some of the new songs, the musical style and a few other aspects will undergo some changes. Release dates and formats of the new material are yet to be decided. It will take its time for the new songs to (de)compose and rot to taste.
