Goodbye Tom Petty

Hello once again its the DJ with some sad news: Rock icon Tom Petty has died at the age of 66 from a cardiac arrest.

When I first heard the story just yesterday I was shocked to learn that he was near death & I'm sure you fans of the Heartbreakers feel the same way. He was a true musician who really shared the music world as well as TV altogether  as he did cameos in some shows & movies.

My main thought on his work well while I wasn't a hardcore fan of his music he really was quite the virtuoso when it came to both lyrics & songwriting as well as playing the guitar.

So I just would like to say  that though he's gone his music shall forever live on in all of the fans & musical virtuosos alike we'll miss you.
